This plate-loaded gym delivers all the essential gym movements and features a patented press arm system that functions as a chest press station and replicates the pectoral dumbbell fly. Work the full body with high-pulley, low-pulley and leg extension/leg curl exercises in any room of the house, and use it as a plate-loaded machine or add the optional 150 lb. selectorized stack for pin-and-go convenience. It includes a lat bar, straight bar and utility strap. (Weight plates not included.)
