Product Description
The Renegade Air Rower Mag combines two resistance systems in one rower. The magnetic brake gives you 16 fixed levels so you can set a consistent load; the steel fan adds progressive air resistance that rises with every harder pull. The result is a smooth, quiet stroke at easy paces and a heavy, full-body effort when you drive hard.
The console sits on an adjustable swing-away arm so it can be angled for the rower, and it carries 8 built-in programs with feedback for watts, calories, time, time/500m, distance, strokes per minute and heart rate. The contoured seat glides on a steel-reinforced aluminum track, the foot plates adjust to fit, and the premium nylon strap and ergonomic handle are made for high-utilization use. When you’re done, the rower stands on end for storage and rolls on its transport wheels.
