Product Description
The Renegade Raptor Functional Trainer starts where a ski erg stops. The fan housing slides between three heights and rotates between vertical and horizontal pull directions, so the same machine covers ski pulls, high-velocity rows, curls, squats, presses and rotational work. Resistance is hybrid: progressive air from the fan plus a 14-level magnetic dial, so you can set a baseline and let the fan scale with effort. It burns calories like a cardio machine while loading muscle like a cable station, and the low-impact action makes it useful for athletic rehab as well as conditioning.
Height changes take seconds: pull the right knob to free the locking pin and slide the housing to high, mid or low. Pull the left knob to pivot the unit for horizontal pulls. The 9-program blue-backlit LCD console rotates independently so it stays readable in any orientation, and it reports time, strokes, strokes per minute, time/500m, watts, distance, level, calories and heart rate. Two sets of handles with a quick-release connection come standard; the non-slip support base has leveling feet, and the whole unit tilts onto integrated wheels to move.
