Product Description
The Sportrower is a rotating handle upgrade for indoor rowing machines (ergs). By replacing the rower’s fixed handle with Trak Fitness’s patented multi-axis rotation, the Sportrower frees the hands, arms and shoulders to move naturally through the stroke instead of being locked into a single fixed grip.
That rotation lets you replicate correct rowing-stroke mechanics and adds exercise variations that a fixed handle can’t perform. The multiple axes allow supination and pronation of the forearms to engage the biceps, external shoulder rotation to recruit the trapezius, rhomboids and rotator cuff, and ulnar/radial wrist deviation to keep the wrist aligned and avoid the impingement and repetitive-stress issues common with standard rowing handles.
The Sportrower fits virtually all indoor rowing machines, including Concept2, First Degree, WaterRower, Matrix, Life Fitness, Cybex Hydro Rower, BodyCraft, Total Gym Row Trainer, RP3, Horizon and NordicTrack rowers.
