TRX Pull-It turns any sturdy overhead pull-up bar into adjustable, joint-friendly pulling training. Modify the intensity of any movement – from your first chin-up to training to failure – by changing how much of your bodyweight stays in contact with the ground. The unlinked dual-strap design challenges stabilizing muscles, while ergonomic rotating handles stay gentle on the joints.

How it works

Anchor Pull-It to a sturdy horizontal overhead pole or rafter 7-9 ft (2.1-2.7 m) high that can safely bear your bodyweight, at least 2 ft from walls or corners; handles should reach your hairline. A gym pull-up bar is ideal. Note: most doorway pull-up bars are too low, and Pull-It does not include an anchor.
