The BodyKore MX1161FX Dynamic Trainer is a commercial-grade, space-saving all-in-one home gym built for lifters who want full-body training from a single compact footprint. It pairs a dual adjustable pulley system with a versatile attachment platform so the unit doubles as a squat rack, bench-press station, lat pulldown, multi-grip pull-up and dip station, and landmine – a complete strength setup in one sleek, heavy-duty frame.

Resistance is delivered by two 220 lb selectorized weight stacks running on linear bearing guide rods and industrial galvanized steel cables, giving the smooth, quiet, commercial-gym feel BodyKore is known for. The fully adjustable dual pulleys move through a wide range of positions for presses, rows, lat pulldowns, crossovers, and functional cable training, and each stack is upgradeable to 340 lb for heavier work as you progress.
