The Body-Solid GDIB46LP4 PowerCenter Combo Bench Package pairs the GDIB46LB PowerCenter Combo Bench with an Olympic bar and weight set so you can start training right away. The bench works as a flat, incline, decline and 90° shoulder-press station with telescoping bar uprights and an included seated leg developer, while the included Olympic plates and bar provide the resistance for pressing and lower-body work.
