The Powerline PLM180X Lat Machine lets you perform a wide variety of upper-body building exercises, including lat pulldowns, triceps pressdowns, seated rows and upright rows. Dual-position 8-inch foam thigh rollers hold you firmly in place during pulldowns, while patented nylon bushings deliver super-smooth, friction-free operation. The plate-loaded weight post accepts standard plates so you can scale the resistance to your goals.
